How it works

Four steps, and you keep the original the whole time.

Most people expect to post us something irreplaceable. You never do.

    Pick what you need

    One photograph, five, or a whole album. Add a framed print if it is going to someone as a gift.

  2. 02

    Send the image

    A scan is ideal. A phone photo taken in daylight, flat and square on, works fine. We tell you if we need a better one before we start.

  3. 03

    We restore it

    Tears and missing corners rebuilt. Water damage, mould and foxing removed. Fading pulled back to true tone. Where we reconstruct part of a face, we tell you which part.

  4. 04

    You approve it

    We send a preview. Anything you want changed, we change, as many times as it takes. Then you get the full-resolution files to print however you like.

Some photographs are too far gone.

When that is true we say so before you pay, rather than taking the money and sending back something disappointing. Email us a phone photo of what you have and we will tell you straight whether it is worth doing.
